Lake Illawarra Athletics Association Inc has to follows rules of competition for all events conducted and as such have to follow those set out by the following organisations:
Little Athletics NSW, Little Athletics Australia, Athletics NSW, Athletics Australia, IAAF
We also adopt our local rules so that our Friday night competitions and carnivals run by our centre can run smoothly.
